Shipping Policy

Processing Time:
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after purchase, often sooner.

Tracking:
Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order has shipped.

Carrier Responsibility:
Once an order leaves our facility, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx). By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Carrier Delays: We are not liable for delays once the package is in transit.

  • Lost or Damaged Packages: Claims for lost or damaged packages must be filed directly with the carrier.

  • Packages Marked as Delivered: If tracking indicates delivery but the item is not received, the customer must contact the carrier or local post office. We cannot issue refunds or replacements in these situations.

  • Unattended Deliveries: If a package is left on a porch, mailbox, or doorstep and is lost or stolen, we are not responsible for replacement or reimbursement.

Incorrect or Refused Shipments:
If a shipment is:

  • Refused by the recipient,

  • Returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address, or

  • Marked undeliverable for any reason (including lack of recipient availability for signature on high-value orders),

We reserve the right to:

  • Retain 10% of the original order total to cover shipping and handling, and

  • Require payment of any additional costs associated with return or reshipment.

High-Value Orders:
For orders of high value, we may:

  • Request additional verification prior to processing, and/or

  • Require Adult Signature Confirmation upon delivery.

Acknowledgment:
By placing an order with Artículos Charros El Carretero, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to the above shipping terms.

Shipping Area:
We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping Rates:

  • Free Shipping: Orders over $99 ship free.

  • Flat Rate Shipping: Orders under $99 are subject to a flat shipping fee of $7.99+, depending on package size and weight.

Recommendation:
To reduce the risk of theft or misdelivery, customers are strongly encouraged to provide a shipping address where someone is physically available to receive the package.


Returns Policy

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Returns are accepted on regular-priced merchandise only.

  • Sale, discounted, or promotional code purchases are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or refunded.

  • Returns must be requested by contacting us within 3 days of delivery.

  • Approved returns must be shipped back within 14 days of delivery with the original receipt or packing slip.

All returned items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in new condition

  • Returned in original packaging with all tags attached

⚠️ Note: Refunds are processed only for the original order. If a replacement is desired, the original item will be refunded and a new order can be placed.

Restocking Fee:
All approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, deducted from the refund amount.

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping costs will also be deducted from the refund.

  • For items valued over $15, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and/or shipping insurance.

  • We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking

In-Person Returns:

Customers may also return items in person at our store during business hours. Please contact us beforehand to arrange the in-person return and bring the original receipt or packing slip.

Refunds:

  • Once a return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding approval or denial of the refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

Missing or Delayed Refunds:
If you have not received your refund after approval:

  1. Recheck your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card company (posting times may vary).

  3. Contact your bank (processing times may delay posting).
